Her work spans strategy development, partnership negotiations, cost optimization activities and organizational turnarounds.
Felicity brings deep expertise in helping organisations translate ambition into action, whether shaping enterprise-wide transformation programs or guiding business through complex performance improvement initiatives. She is also passionate about sustainability and is the ESG lead for Automotive & Industrials in AlixPartners globally.
An Australian having lived and worked globally, clients benefit from her ability to adapt to different cultures. Her expertise spans manufacturing industries (including Aerospace, Automotive, Building materials and Metals), Infrastructure (Power, Utilities, Renewables), alongside Consumer Products, Food and Beverage and Private Equity. She has a degree in aerospace engineering from RMIT University in Australia and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford. Prior to AlixPartners, Felicity worked with Nissan in Germany and the UK, and prior to that, in the aerospace industry in Japan.
