Clients benefit from Peter’s extensive expertise across the financial services, industrials, construction, energy, manufacturing, retail, leisure, and healthcare industries. He has led major transformation programs at the world’s most prominent consumer brands by combining analytical rigor with operational insights to achieve measurable positive impacts. Peter has also overseen large-scale financial and operational transformations, including the trading management of 3,000 retail and hospitality locations globally, and he has held senior advisory roles in high-profile transactions and restructurings. His ability to align stakeholders and navigate complex, multijurisdictional environments has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to boards, lenders, private-equity investors, and corporate leadership teams.
Previously, he was a founding partner at Zolfo Cooper Europe, a leading restructuring and transformation practice acquired by AlixPartners in 2015. Now Peter leads AlixPartners’ Australian business and continues to support clients across the Asia-Pacific region by delivering meaningful transformations and creating enduring value for them.
